Our Story

Lets face it, us Tennesseans are as proud of our BBQ as we are of our football team. Here in the south BBQ is serious business. Our journey to the best BBQ all started with a small smoker and a desire to create the best Tennessee BBQ in the Southeast.  

What makes us different is the fact that we take our time and we include time honored family traditions and recipes into our practice.  All of our meats are smoked until they are ready. We are firm believers in the fact that you cannot rush great BBQ. So if our pulled pork needs to smoke 16 hours it gets it! We also believe that food is a community not just a meal therefore each and every recipe is prepared with that in mind. There's nothing better than having a table full of happy guests at the end of a meal. That is our goal every time you sit at our table. 

So, we hope you'll pull up a chair and chow down with us. We promise not to let you leave on an empty stomach. And we promise that you'll want to come back for more
